Voice are most important section of SSC Tier 1 and Tier 2 exams covers 5-10 questions which need to be solved not more than 5-7 seconds after reading the question.
Voice is of two types: Active Voice & Passive Voice
1.      Active Voice: The direct speech made by the subject.
2.      Passive Voice: The revision of direct speech by any third person.
In SSC exam,

it can be asked to convert Active Voice into Passive Voice or it can also be asked to convert Passive Voice to Active Voice.
These questions are very easy to solve by using Five Golden Rules which are discussed below:

FIVE GOLDEN RULES FOR CONVERSION OF AN ACTIVE VOICE INTO PASSIVE VOICE: ENGLISH RULES FOR ACTIVE VOICE PASSIVE VOICE

RULE 1: 
Convert the object of Active Voice into subject of Passive Voice.
RULE 2
Convert the subject of Active Voice into object of Passive Voice by using agent ‘BY’.
RULE 3
Always use VIIIrd form immediately after helping verb in passive voice. (DON’T USE VIst FORM IN PASSIVE VOICE).
RULE 4
First check Tense of Active Voice always. If the Active Voice belongs to any of the following Tense, then the conversion of Passive Voice is not possible.
·         Perfect Continuous Tense of any Present, Past & Future.
·         Future Continuous Tense
