Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (PRPB) has released Final result of 3698 Sub-Inspectors and 312 Platoon Commander vacancies in Provincial Armed Constabulary on 16th March 2015 based on the performance in Written Exam and finally Group Discussion on official website.
PRPB had released cut off marks which is released category wise i.e. General/ UR, OBC, SC, ST for Men, Women & Ex-Serviceman. Those candidates who had attended group discussion / personal interview; they can download their final result from the direct link provided in the end of the posts.

The merit list is prepared based in performance in Main examination & Personal interview/ Group Discussion. The Main Exam was a multiple choice question (MCQ) paper of total 300 marks and four options were provided out of which candidates required to choose one correct answer. The main examination was held by Pen Mode/ Offline Mode which consisted of various sections General Awareness (100 Marks), Rational Ability (75 marks), Physical Ability (75 Marks) and Reasoning (50 marks). The time duration for Main Exam was 2 hours or 120 minutes. The Main Exam questions were up to 10th level. The shortlisted candidates were called for group discussion / Interview which was conducted by PRPB selection Committee. Original Documents were verified in the interview of the candidates.
Earlier UPPRPB had released advertisement for vacancies of Sub-inspectors & Platoon Commander in PAC which was required to be applied in prescribed OMR application forms duly filled and deposit to Head Post Offices in all the districts up to 25th June 2011.

·         Age proof like school leaving certificate or any other
·         Photo identity proof like Pan Card, Voter Card ID etc.
·         Final Result Merit List Copy
·         Address proof i.e. Ration Card, Aadhar Card, Voter card or Driving License
·         Two extra colored recent passport size photograph (same as pasted on computer generated application form)
·         Caste/PWD/EXS certificate to claim for seat available for reserve category.
·         Any other Relevant document that candidate mentioned at the time of application for these posts
